As Luck Would
Have It
by Joanna M.

Ive got a
tiger by the tail
and heave a sigh of relief
as I climb on the wagon
take a plunge off a ten-foot pole
and take a trip down memory lane
before going to the only game in town
to take a bull by the horns
before I fly off the handle
because Ive ants in my pants
so the rubber hits the road
because life is not in apple-pie order
as I go up the creek without a paddle |
