Mr. Appleton was frustrated by the
grammatical mistakes in his students term
papers. He lamented their faulty parallelism,
dangling participles, split infinitives, noun/pronoun
errors, sentence fragments, run-on sentences,
verb tense disagreement, incorrect punctuation,
and subject/verb inconsistencies. Finally, at the
end of his tether, he screamed, I dont
want no more of these kinds of compositions!
